NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on April 27, 2016, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for CP 125 Worth Ave, LLC. Petitioner seeks a variance of the requirements of 2.27.3.3.7, A17.1, 2007 edition as adopted by subsection 61C-5.001(1), Florida Administrative Code, because the repairs would pose a significant economic/financial hardship.
