NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on April 26, 2016, the Board of Nursing Home Administrators, received a petition for Christopher Brookshire, seeking a variance or waiver of subsection 64B10-15.001(2), Florida Administrative Code, which requires licensees to have specified hours of continuing education as a condition of biennial licensure renewal. Petitioner is seeking to have either a waiver of required hours, to be allowed to complete hours via home study/web based courses, or to have an extension of time to complete required hours. Comments on this petition should be filed with the Board of Nursing Home Administrators at the address below within 14 days of publication of this notice.
