GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: Agenda topics may include legal and regulatory matters, including the pending litigation matter styled American Residuals and Talent, Inc. v. Florida Workers’ Compensation Joint Underwriting Association, Florida Office of Insurance Regulation Case No. 2024692-17: Florida First District Court of Appeal Case No. 1D17-2801. The meeting will be convened in the open; however, pursuant to section(s) 286.011(8) and 627.3121(4), Florida Statutes, the Board’s discussion of the pending litigation will be conducted in private, and participants who are not members of the Board, counsel to the Board, or employees of the FWCJUA will be disconnected from the portions of the meeting discussing the pending litigation.
