NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 01, 2018, the South Florida Water Management District (District), received a petition for waiver from Bonnie Driggers, Owner of Lakeport Lodge, (Application No. 17-1031-2) for utilization of Works or Lands of the District known as the L-49 Canal to allow a screened structure on an existing dock located to the rear of Lakeport Lodge, 1077 Lakeport Plaza; Section 18, Township 40 South, Range 33 East, Glades County. The petition seeks relief from paragraph 40E-6.221(3)(j), Fla. Admin. Code which governs the criteria for the construction of structures within Works or Lands of the District.
