Florida Corporate Income Tax Review
The Department of Revenue is conducting research on the impact of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017 on Florida businesses and the Florida Corporate Income Tax, as directed by Section 3 of Chapter 2018-119, Laws of Florida. The Department of Revenue is currently soliciting public comments on this topic.
