NOTICE OF CORRECTION

Notice is hereby given that the following correction has been made to the proposed rule in Vol. 38, No. 31, August 3, 2012 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.

The Agency inadvertently omitted reference to the information relied upon to determine that the proposed rule was not expected to require legislative ratification. The information the agency relied on was the worksheet called “Proposed Rule: Is a SERC Required.” The Agency inadvertently omitted reference to the person originating the rule. The person who originated the rule is Mike Hansen.
