    The Florida Department of Transportation District announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

    DATE AND TIME: May 27, 2014, 4:30 p.m. 6:30 p.m.

    PLACE: Live Oak Passenger Depot, 210 North Ohio Avenue, Live Oak, FL 32060

    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: This public hearing is being held to give interested persons an opportunity to express their views concerning the location, conceptual design, and social, economic and environmental effects of Financial Project ID Number 430557-1, otherwise known as US 129 (SR 249) from Live Oak city limits to US 90 (SR 10), Suwannee County, Florida. The proposed improvements to US 129 include milling and resurfacing the existing roadway, adding sidewalks from Miller Street SE to the Sav-a-lot/Fred’s shopping center on the east side of US 129, bringing all ramps up to ADA compliance, removal of palm trees and the possible removal of parking. Proposed project construction is planned at night.
