NOTICE OF CORRECTION
Notice is hereby given that the following correction has been made to the proposed rule in Vol. 40, No. 75, April 17, 2014 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.
The Notice did not state that a review of Section 373.713, F.S., which is the enabling legislation for water authorities, indicated that the repeal of the Rules is not expected to require legislative ratifications. Also the Notice did not state that the name of the Agency Head who approved the Proposed Rule was the Withlacoochee Regional Water Supply Authority Governing Board.
