NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on April 9, 2015, the Construction Industry Licensing Board received a Supplemental Petition for Declaratory Statement from Robert J. Miller of Golden Construction Company, Inc. The petitioner seeks a declaratory statement regarding clarification of Sections 489.105(3)(l), 489.105(3)(m), and 489.113(3)(c), Florida Statutes, as to whether he can build concrete swimming pools and advertise as such, or just the structure for concrete swimming pools.
Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
