FLORIDA CATEGORICAL EXCLUSION NOTICE
Town of Pierson, Florida
The Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) has determined that the Town of Pierson’s project to construct sanitary sewer systems and a new wastewater treatment plant is not expected to generate controversy over potential environmental effects. The total estimated construction cost is $26,697,300. The project may qualify for a Clean Water State Revolving Fund loan composed of federal and state funds. DEP will consider public comments about the environmental impacts of the proposed project that are postmarked or delivered at the address below within 30 days of this notice.
