    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 13, 2019, the Board of Professional Engineers, received a petition for variance and waiver filed by Doru V. Botic, P.E., G.C. Petitioner is seeking a variance or waiver of subsection 61G15-20.007(1), Florida Administrative Code, which requires that applicants who have engineering degrees from programs that are not accredited by EAC/ABET, in order to establish educational equivalency, must have taken two basic science courses in different subject areas.
