NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on April 26, 2010, the Department of Environmental Protection, received a petition for JRW Bioremediation, LLC seeking a variance from the prohibition from a zone of discharge under subsection 62-522.300(3) (renumbered as subsection 62-520.310(9)), F.A.C., for the use of CHITOREM® to cleanup sites that are contaminated with halogenated aromatic and aliphatic hydrocarbons and other chemicals.
