    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on April 06, 2010, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for a temporary variance from A.S.M.E. A17.3, Section 2.7.4, which requires restricted door openings. The petition was received from Robert Duncan on behalf of Landmark I, Orlando, FL (serial numbers 33324-33327). Petitioner stated it would be a financial hardship to make these corrections now as the elevators are scheduled to be totally remodeled beginning October, 2010.
