NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on April 02, 2010, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for a temporary variance from firefighter’s service, A17.3, Section 3.11.3, as adopted by Chapter 30, Section 3001.2 Florida Building Code adopted by paragraph 61C-5.001(1)(a), F.A.C. The petitioner, Atlantic Coral Harbor, Islamorada, FL, and location of the Serial Numbers 30943, 29868, 31545 & 31309, requests the variance for an extension of time to complete repairs and for economic/financial hardship.
