- NOTICE OF CHANGENotice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 36 No. 11, March 19, 2010 issue of the Florida Administrative Weekly.
A general lines
(2-20)agent license is required in order to transact surety bond business, including immigration bonds, in the State of Florida. A general lines agent license does not qualify the licensee to transact bail bond business.
