NOTICE OF CHANGE
Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 40, No. 71, April 11, 2014 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.
The change is in response to comments submitted by the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee in a letter dated April 16, 2014. The changes are as follows:
Subsection (1) and paragraph (1)(a) shall now read as follows:
Pursuant to Section 456.077, F.S., the Board designates the following as citation violations:
(1) Second-time violations:
(a) Failure to timely furnish patient records in violation of subsection 456.057(6), F.S. If corrected within 15 days: Fine of $100;
