    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Construction Industry Licensing Board has received the petition for declaratory statement from Lapi West, LLC, on May 12, 2014. The petition seeks the agencys opinion as to the applicability of Section 489.105, Florida Statutes, as it applies to the petitioner.

    The Petitioner seeks a declaratory statement as to which type of contractor: a general contractor as defined in Section 489.105(a), FS [sic], a building contractor as defined in Section 489.105(b), FS [sic], or a residential contractor as defined in Section 489.105(c), FS [sic], can construct a one-story commercial barn and stable on a residentially zoned property to use in furtherance of a commercial endeavor. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
