STATE BOARD OF ADMINISTRATION

The Investment Advisory Council (IAC) announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME: Wednesday, June 4, 2014, 11:00 a.m. until completion of agenda

GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: Review and approval of language incorporating changes to (i) the Florida Retirement System Defined Benefit Plan Investment Policy Statement relating to Authorized Target Indices for the Real Estate and Private Equity Asset Classes and (ii) the Lawton Chiles Endowment Fund Investment Policy Statement to permit foreign security exposure consistent with recent legislation.

The IAC is a nine-member advisory council, which reviews the investments made by the staff of the State Board of Administration and makes recommendations to the board regarding investment policy, strategy, and procedures. The IAC operates under Section 215.444 of the Florida Statutes.
