NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 5, 2015, the Department of Environmental Protection, received a petition for variance or waiver from Aerostar SES LLC for Tire Depot USA, Inc. The petition requested a waiver from subsection 62-711.500(3), F.A.C., which requires that owners and operators of waste tire sites provide financial assurance for closure.
