  • The Florida Department of Health, Division of Health Access and Tobacco announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: This is a meeting of an Advisory Council required by Section 381.84, F.S. The council meets four times per year to provide advice to the Department of Health relating to the Comprehensive Tobacco Education and Use Prevention Program. The meeting will provide updates for the council about the program’s progress, as well as additional information about the media, tobacco cessation, and community program contracts which are underway. There will be additional discussion in the Advisory Council Subcommittee breakout sessions during this meeting.
