    The Electrical Contractor’s Licensing Board hereby gives notice that it has received a Petition for Declaratory Statement filed by Fisher & Phillips, LLP, Attorneys at Law, on behalf of TEKsystems, on March 3, 2009. The Petitioner seeks the Board’s opinion as to whether TEKsystems may provide contract employees to perform work for licensed electrical contractors in the state of Florida, without requiring such contract employees to themselves be licensed by the Board, under Section 489.503, Florida Statutes.
