DATE AND TIME: Thursday, May 28, 2009, 8:30 a.m. – recessing at the end of each session and reconvening, as necessary the next business day at 8:30 a.m. or such other time and date as is posted at the meeting room prior to 8:30 a.m. of the day proceeding the day of the meeting, until business has been concluded.
