    NOTICE OF CORRECTION

    Notice is hereby given that the following correction has been made to the proposed rule in Vol. 39, No. 73, April 15, 2013 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.

    The following is provided to correct the lack thereof on the notice of proposed rule published on April 1, 2013.

    The agency has determined that the proposed rule is not expected to require legislative ratification based on the statement of estimated regulatory costs, summarized as follows. The agency estimates that approximately 50 license applicants per year will have criminal records subject to the rule. The agency estimates that on average affected applicants will spend 2 hours collecting and preparing materials to submit to address factors specified in the rule. If the value of the time of these persons is estimated at $20 per hour, times 2 hours per applicant = $40 per applicant, times 50 applicants per year = $2,000 per year.
