NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 17, 2013, the Agency for Health Care Administration received a petition for emergency variance pursuant to section 120.542, Florida Statutes, from the petitioner, Pediatric Services of America, Inc. dba PSA Healthcare. The petitioner seeks an emergency variance from Rule 59A-8.007, Florida Administrative Code, to allow its home health agency in Hillsborough County (area 6) to serve Medicaid pediatric patients in Pinellas and Pasco Counties (area 5).
