11B-27.002:Certification, Employment or Appointment, Reactivation, and Terminating Employment or Appointment of Officers

The Criminal Justice Standards and Training Commission hereby gives notice that on May 18, 2015 it issued an order granting a waiver of paragraph 11B-27.002(4)(a), F.A.C., from a petition filed by Captain Gregory L. Foster on behalf of Daniel R. Hanna III. Notice of receipt of the petition was published in the Florida Administrative Register at Volume 41, Number 79, published April 23, 2015.

After careful consideration of the facts in this matter, the Commission found that Petitioner had demonstrated an economic, technological, legal, or other type of hardship resulting from an application of paragraph 11B-27.002(4)(a), F.A.C., that was particular to petitioner, significantly different from the way the rule affects other similarly situated persons and issued an order granting Petitioner's petition for a waiver of paragraph 11B-27.002(4)(a), F.A.C.
