RULE NO.:RULE TITLE:
11B-27.002Certification, Employment or Appointment, Reactivation, and Terminating Employment or Appointment of Officers
The Criminal Justice Standards and Training Commission hereby gives notice that on May 15, 2015 it issued an order granting a waiver of paragraphs 11B-27.002(4)(a) and (b), F.A.C., from a petition filed by Tom Connor on behalf of Taylor D. Winburn. Notice of receipt of the petition was published in Volume 41, Number 55 of the Florida Administrative Register on March 20, 2015.
After careful consideration of the facts in this matter, the Commission found that Petitioner had demonstrated an economic, technological, legal, or other type of hardship resulting from an application of paragraphs 11B-27.002(4)(a) and (b), F.A.C., that was particular to petitioner, significantly different from the way the rule affects other similarly situated persons and issued an order granting Petitioner's petition for a waiver of paragraphs 11B-27.002(4)(a) and (b), F.A.C.
