(Rule 40B-3.037, F.A.C.); add General Permit by Rule for site assessment wells permitted pursuant to Chapter 62-780, F.A.C. (Rule 40B-3.041, F.A.C.); remove reference to test holes and exempt potable-to-non-potable modifications (Rule 40B-3.051, F.A.C.); clarify permit recipient, simplify application requirements, incorporate the statewide well application form, and remove the elevation survey requirement in floodplain (Rule 40B-3.101, F.A.C.); clarify application fee schedule (Rule 40B-3.201, F.A.C.); incorporate Chapter 62-532, F.A.C.
