NOTICE OF CHANGE

Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 46 No. 62, March 30, 2020 issue of the Florida Administrative Register. Based on comments by the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee, the Department made changes to the Reporting Instructions Manual, Form DBF-P1-0001. The Department added an effective date of July 2019 on the cover page of the Manual. On page 13 of the Manual, the first sentence in paragraph 1.3.3.3 B. has been changed to read: The Safe-Deposit Box Inventory (DFS-UP-155) form, which is incorporated by reference in Rule 69G-20.035, F.A.C., must be used to inventory the contents of a safe-deposit box.
