DCPS Team Center Space Planning Building a Phase C – Interior Remodeling
AULD & WHITE CONSTRUCTORS, LLC
Auld & White Constructors, LLC, in conjunction with Duval County Public Schools, will be accepting SEALED proposals, which will be received until 2:00 p.m., June 17, 2020, at Auld & White Constructors, LLC, 4168 Southpoint Parkway, Suite 101, Jacksonville, Florida 32216.
Project consists of Phase C Office Renovations & Mechanical Upgrades. Scopes include demolition, doors & hardware, drywall & ceilings, stucco repairs, flooring, painting, dry chemical fire sprinkler demo (below computer floor), HVAC & electrical. All subcontractors must have JLA badging.
Bid drawings and specifications will be available on Auld & White Constructors, LLC’s website (www.auld-white.com), on May 22, 2020. All interested bidders shall submit their Notice of Intent to Tabitha Hochstein by email at awcestimating@auld-white.com.
