PURPOSE AND EFFECT: To set forth in rule Florida’s core standards for effective educators. The Florida Educator Accomplished Practices (FEAP) form the foundation for the state’s teacher preparation programs, educator certification requirements and school district instructional evaluation systems. The rule will be updated to ensure alignment with HB 1069 (2023).
