NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 08, 2023, the Board of Pharmacy, received a petition for variance or waiver filed by Caroline Mamdouh Nassem Ghobrial, seeking a waiver of the requirement of subparagraph 64B16-26.2031(2)(b)2., Florida Administrative Code, which requires that in addition to the requirements of subsection (1), the applicant must demonstrate proficiency in the use of English by passing the Test of English as a Foreign Language Internet-based test (TOEFL ibt) with scores of: Listening – 18; Reading – 21; Speaking – 26; and Writing – 24
