    Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 50 No. 73, April 12, 2024 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.

    (a) Information or regulatory marker signs shall be rectangular or square. Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission FWC  will can review and approve applications, on a case-by-case basis, which request smaller informational signs if there is evidence is submitted demonstrating why showing a smaller sign is needed and/or is would be more appropriate due to based on the size of the waterway, where the  sign location is located, and/or the nature of the vessels transiting the waterway. Applications may be obtained as set forth in Rule 68D-23.104, F.A.C.
