    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 16, 2024, the Board of Clinical Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy and Mental Health Counseling, received a petition for variance and waiver submitted by Kaamilah Mixon. The Petitioner requests a waiver and variance of paragraph 64B4-3.003(2)(a), F.A.C., which requires the examination for Clinical Social Workers shall be the Clinical Level objective multiple choice examination developed by the Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB). Beginning January 1, 2023, applicants shall be deemed eligible to take the examination after completion of 18 months of documented experience in clinical settings, not including the applicant’s practicum or other experience received in the applicant’s graduate program and paragraph 64B4-3.0085(10)(a), F.A.C., which requires passed the theory and practice examination as required in Sections 491.005(1)(d), (3)(d); (4)(d), F.S.
