NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 20, 2014, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for One Enterprise Center. Petitioner seeks a temporary variance of the requirements of ASME A17.1, Section 2.27.3.3, as adopted by subsection 61C-5.001(1), Florida Administrative Code, that requires phase II emergency in-car operation which poses a significant economic/financial hardship.
