The Notice of Petition for Declaratory Statement was published in Volume 41, No. 221, of the November 13, 2015, Florida Administrative Register. The Construction Industry Licensing Board considered the Petition at its meeting held on February 12, 2016, in Lake Mary, Florida. The Board’s Order, filed on May 13, 2016, declines to issue a declaratory statement in that the petition does not refer to a particular set of circumstances, and that it seeks to determine the conduct of another person.
