NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 21, 2018, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation, received a petition for waiver of paragraph 67-21.003(8)(j), F.A.C., from Phoenix Apartments Venture, LP, requesting a permanent waiver to permit Petitioner to decrease the total set-aside percentage from 100% to 95% (156 units of 164 units).
