GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: This is a public meeting of the Governor and Cabinet at which the Executive Director of the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles will request approval to file for adoption Rules 15A-5.0010, 15A.002, 15A.0021, 15A.0022, 15A.004, 15A.005, 15A.006, 15A.008, 15A.009, 15A.010, 15A.011, 15A.012, F.A.C. A Notice of Proposed Rule regarding the rules was published in the Florida Administrative Register on December 8, 2017 (Volume 43, Number 236), and Notices of Change were published on March 8, 2017 (Volume 44, Number 47), April 9, 2018 (Volume 44, Number 69), and May 10, 2018 (Volume 44, Number 92). The Executive Director will also request approval to repeal Rule 15A-5.001, F.A.C.
