    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 15, 2024, the Department of Environmental Protection, received a petition for variance pursuant to section 120.542, F.S. from City of Hampton, Bradford County. The petition requested a variance/waiver from Chapter 62-555 and Rule 62-761.500, F.A.C., to reduce distance requirements from 500 feet to approximately 425 feet for the permanent location of a new public potable water well from an active petroleum facility. The property location is located on a vacant lot between Pine Street and South Division Avenue in Hampton, FL. The Petition has been assigned OGC # 24-1703.
