Purpose:
Based on additional water quality data and analyses, the Department proposes to revise the site specific alternative criteria (SSAC) for transparency in Apalachee Bay adjacent to the Fenholloway River in Taylor County in Rule 62-302.800, F.A.C. The proposed SSAC is designed to fully protect the designated use of these waters.
