NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 20, 2013, the Board of Optometry received a petition for waiver or variance filed by Steven C. Tillman O.D., from Rule 64B13-5.001, Florida Administrative Code, with regards to the requirement that as a condition of license renewal, a practitioner complete 30 clock hours of continuing education. Petitioner is requesting the Board grant continuing education hours based on documentation submitted by Petitioner.
