PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The Commission proposes the promulgation and adoption of the new rule to set forth the standards when match results shall be recorded; incorporate form BPR-0009-678, “Amateur Match Results,” into the rule; and to provide the web site where the form can be downloaded.
