    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that The Florida Building Commission has received the petition for declaratory statement from Faour Glass Technologies. The petition seeks the agencys opinion as to the applicability of Section 1609.1.2, Florida Building Code 5th Ed. (2014), as it applies to the petitioner.

    Petitioner seeks clarification as to whether TAS 201, 202, and 203 require large missile impact tests to occur at structural silicone joints.
