NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 22, 2018, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation, received a petition for waiver of paragraph 67-21.003(1)(b), F.A.C., from Melbourne Leased Housing Associates II, LLLP, requesting a waiver of the NCA's criteria of 15% of the total equity be provided at closing.
