FLORIDA CATEGORICAL EXCLUSION NOTICE
City of Mary Esther
The Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) has determined that the project involving rehabilitation of the City of Mary Esther’s wastewater transmission and treatment facilities is not expected to generate controversy over potential environmental effects. The total estimated construction cost is $13,000,000. The project may qualify for a Clean Water State Revolving Fund loan comprised of federal and state funds. DEP will consider public comments about the environmental impacts of the proposed project that are postmarked or delivered at the address below within 30 days of this notice.
