MIAMI-DADE COUNTY MIAMI-DADE FIRE RESCUE (MDFR) COMPREHENSIVE INVESTMENT GRADE AUDIT FOR ENERGY SAVINGS AND GUARANTEED ENERGY PERFORMANCE SAVINGS CONTRACT
Miami-Dade County has received an unsolicited proposal for a Qualifying Project pursuant to Section 2-8.2.6 of the Miami-Dade County Code and Section 255.065 of the Florida Statutes to perform a comprehensive Investment Grade Audit (IGA) for energy saving and a Savings Analysis Report (Report) that specifically identifies the recommended energy improvements and operational changes for the MDFR fire stations and facilities and will accept proposals for the same project through the Notice to Professional Consultants – ISD Project No. E19-MDFR-01. Interested parties must access all solicitation documents and submit a proposal no later than June 21, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. (local time) through BidSync, which is the County’s electronic bidding system. This solicitation is subject to the “Cone of Silence” in accordance with Section 2-11.1(t) of the Miami-Dade County Code.
