    Project Description: State Road (SR) 40 Project Development and Environment (PD&E) Study.

    The PD&E Study involves the evaluation of roadway concepts to address widening SR 40 from four-lanes to six-lanes. The project limits are from Breakaway Trail to Williamson Boulevard, a distance of approximately two miles. This section of SR 40 is located within portions of the City of Daytona Beach, City of Ormond Beach and unincorporated Volusia County. The meeting is being conducted to present and explain project alternatives, explain the study process, seek public and agencies input, and provide interested persons an opportunity to get involved in the study.
