NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 23, 2016, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation, received a petition for waiver from Southern Villas, LLC requesting a waiver of paragraph 67-48.0072(13)(b), F.A.C., for maintenance of excess reserved funds allowing it to escrow replacement reserves in amount exceeding 50% of the total amount in reserves required from a two year period.

A copy of the Petition for Variance or Waiver may be obtained by contacting Kate Flemming, Corporation Clerk, Florida Housing Finance Corporation, 227 North Bronough Street, Suite 5000, Tallahassee, Florida 32301-1329. The Petition has also been posted on Florida Housing’s website at floridahousing.org. Florida Housing will accept comments concerning the Petition for 14 days from the date of publication of this notice.
