NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 24, 2016, the Board of Clinical Laboratory Personnel received a petition for variance or waiver filed by Robert D. Williams. Petitioner is seeking a variance or waiver of paragraph 64B3-5.007(2)(h), Florida Administrative Code, which sets forth the education, training/experience and certification requirements for licensure as a director in the specialty of Clinical Chemistry.
