    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 21, 2018, the Department of Environmental Protection, received a petition for waiving a potable water well setback requirement from Lake Environmental Resources, LLC (LER). The petition requested a waiver from paragraph 62-701.300(2)(b), F.A.C., which states that no person shall store or dispose of solid waste within 500 feet of an existing or approved potable water well. LER is proposing to expand the current C&D disposal facility with the addition of approximately 29 acres to the south, and one potable water well is located approximately 210 feet to the west of the proposed expansion area, which is less than 500 feet. The activity is located at 21501 County Road 455, Clermont, Lake County. The petition has been assigned File No. SWVA 18-1 and OGC File No. 18-0994.
