6A-6.0960Florida Tax Credit Scholarship Program
PURPOSE AND EFFECT: To account for the following changes in the Florida Tax Credit Scholarship Program administration: 1) clarify the Department has 30 days from the Scholarship Funding Organization (SFO) application deadline to notify SFOs of deficiencies; 2) require SFOs to include additional student demographic information; 3) require SFOs to indicate the type and funding source for each student’s scholarship; 4) include reference to s. 212.099, F.S., the Sales Tax Scholarship Program; 5) update statutory references; and 6) remove language no longer addressed in statute.
